Children's Art & History Workshop: Salt Cod Fishery

Learn about Manchester's historical salt cod fishery followed by a fish themed activity presented by artist Martha Chapman. We will be using acrylics to paint New England's Sacred Cod on canvas, and then mounting them on birch cradle panels. Geared towards ages 5 to 12.

About the event
Join us for four children's art & history workshops, held on Saturday mornings (11 AM to 1 PM) with artist Martha Chapman at the Museum (10 Union St., MBTS), generously made available by the Hooper Fund. These children’s workshops are geared toward ages 5 to 12.
