​As a non-profit serving this community, we rely on donations from individuals and businesses, and grants from foundations. We invite you to partner with us to ensure that the MBTS Museum remains a vital, forward-looking institution —preserving our past while serving our community for generations to come.

To continue our mission and build a strong future for the Museum, we plan to  

• Preserve the town’s historic home and collections— care for the Abigail Hooper Trask House while renovating additional exhibit spaces to better welcome and inspire visitors.

• Safeguard and expand access to our archives — digitize and preserve historical records so they are available for your research.

• Bring Manchester’s stories to life — continue to present dynamic programs like the Spring and Fall Speaker Series and enriching Children’s Programs throughout the year. Programs to educate, engage, and inspire you.

• Strengthen the Museum’s endowment — build a reliable source of annual income to support staffing and ensure the Museum’s long-term stability and success.
