2025 Fall Art Show Registration
Thursday, November 6 – Saturday, November 29 | Manchester-by-the-Sea Museum
The Museum will be hosting its Fall Art Show on Thursday, November 6, through Saturday, November 29, 2025.
We are looking to display and sell original paintings, prints and photographs.

About the event
Expanded to 24 Artists

One panel left to be filled by online or in-person registration (not by physical mail).

One 3’ X 6’ panel per artist can be reserved for a $25 panel fee.

You may set up a SMALL bin or table at the bottom of your panel for cards and extra loose pieces, not to overlap with the next panel’s space.

There are two 5’ X 2.5’ glass topped display tables, also $25 fee (no longer available).

A very limited number of additional panels, for $20, may be available by request.

If you are interested, please indicate in your registration.

Second panel requests will be given, in order received.

The Museum will collect a 20% commission on each item sold.

Owners will be responsible for hanging and insuring their own work.

Artworks should be wired for hanging – no sawtooth hangers, please.

We have hooks and nails available, or you can bring your own.

The Museum will not be liable for any damages or lost/stolen items.

The Museum will handle sales by cash, check, and credit card.

The credit card fee will be subtracted, if applicable, and the Museum will cut checks for credit card sales after the show closes.

We are a non-profit organization and do not charge sales tax.

Artist Set-up Days: Wednesday, November 5, and Thursday, November 29, 10 AM – 3 PM or by special arrangement. Opening Reception: Will be on Thursday, November 6, from 6 – 8 PM, hosted by the museum.

The Show will run for 3 ½ weeks during our normal hours, which are: Wednesday thru Friday, 10 AM – 3 PM and Saturday, 11 AM – 4 PM.
